One of the best stays at the Four Seasons, primarily due to the excellent service and staff. The genuine kindness and openness made me and my family feel wonderful during our stay. The concierge service was top-notch; all the recommendations were spot-on, which is rare. The tour suggested by the concierge, with an Egyptian guide to the Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum, in a comfortable air-conditioned bus, provided us with an entire day's worth of ancient Egyptian history. The hotel staff seemed to read our minds, and spending time at the pool was pure pleasure. Our room on the 25th floor offered a breathtaking view, and the nighttime sail on the Nile in a sailboat was unforgettable. All of this made our three days in Cairo an amazing experience.

The room was perfect on the 28th floor with a beautiful terrace in front of the city centre,the staff was fantastic,our room service waiter was so kind and nice very professional. We taste fantastic Egyptian dinner on the 5th floor restaurant and the view of the Nile was wonderful. Finally the position is perfect in the centre and in front of the Nile especially for family with kids like us!

The location of this property is excellent. Walking distance to many locations of interest to me. The room was spacious and the view of the Nile is always breathtaking. Bathroom is equally spacious.

probably the best housekeeping service I have ever seen Great Mediterranean restaurant We took a guided tour from the concierge with a guide called Inman which was the highlight of the stay, mandatory if you’re visiting Cairo for the first time
